House cleaning sits between the two, and is often booked alongside a carpet visit. Whichever one you call about, the estimate is free and the full price is quoted before anyone starts, whether it is a whole floor or a single spot.

Carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, marble polishing, oriental rug cleaning, carpet repair, and upholstery cleaned by the piece: sofa, loveseat, sectional, ottoman, mattress, chair and recliner. Priced whole floor or spot, with the full price quoted up front and no hidden fees added afterward.

Janitorial
Commercial cleaning for doctors' offices, clubs, offices, storefronts and restaurants, scheduled around the hours the building is actually in use. Trash collection, and restroom and kitchen sanitising as its own pass rather than a wipe on the way past, under a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
