What an empty house tells an inspector first
A move-out clean is judged on a walkthrough, not against a checklist. Whoever inspects an empty Las Vegas house first looks at the kitchen counters and the inside of the oven, then the bathroom fixtures, because those are the spots a quick clean skips and a real one does not.
Baseboards, window sills and the tops of cabinets get the same attention, since an empty house has nothing left to hide behind them. What passed as good enough with furniture in the room does not pass once the room is bare.

Move-in: the surfaces the last occupant never reached
Moving into a house that was cleaned around someone else's furniture is not the same as moving into one that has actually been scrubbed and dusted from an empty state. Behind where a refrigerator or a wardrobe used to sit, inside closets, along the tops of door frames, those are the surfaces a previous occupant's own routine never reached, because they were never visible while furniture was in the way. A move-in clean gets to all of it before the first box comes through the door.

Where the floor care book joins in
Move-in and move-out cleaning is booked through Jesse at jesse@bluebirdcarpet.com, and it is common to add carpet cleaning, tile and grout work or upholstery from Blue Bird's floor care book to the same visit, since an empty house is also the easiest time to get a full floor clean done properly.
